During January of 2014 I walked into CrossFit St. Paul for On-Ramp. This was after my husband had introduced me to CrossFit. I was nervous for my first class but at the end of the hour, I had fallen in love! CrossFit has changed my life in more than one way. Not only do I feel better about my body, but also I am stronger than ever before. Most importantly, I feel that CrossFit has helped me have the confidence that I can accomplish anything that comes my way in my job, personal life and at the gym.

I coach CrossFit Kids because… I want kids to be excited about fitness and start making healthy choices as they grow and develop.
