When Chris, Andrea and I left Lifetime Fitness to start our personal training businesses, I wanted to support them in their new CrossFit venture. I decided to attend one of their free workouts held at a nearby park. After 15 min of squats, running across a field, and running up and down a short set of bleachers a couple times, I was like, “Was that it?” Then… I couldn’t walk for days. So I kept coming back and I fell in love with the best program I had experienced in over 6 years of being a personal trainer.
I CrossFit because… I’m good at it! I was never an athletic person growing up and CrossFit has allowed me to display my true inner athlete.
I coach because… of how rewarding it is to watch athletes improve their fitness and see real results.
