2 Rounds for max reps of each movement:

Russian KB Swings (72/53)
Box Jumps (30/24)
Push Press (95/63)
…2 minutes rest b/w rounds…
…3 minutes rest after second round…
Complete the total amount of reps from your 2 round total. Movements must be done in the same order, and you must complete all reps of one movement before moving onto the next one.
