1 Pull-up
1 Press
3 Pull-ups
1 Press
5 Pull-ups

There will be a mobility WOD prescribed with this workout.

The presses are to be completed at 90% of an individual’s 1 RM. Pull-ups are strict i.e. no kipping. While the WOD is timed, consider paying less attention to the clock, and more attention to perfect form and complete range of motion as both strict presses and strict pull-ups can bring out the worst in us as CrossFitters.
