Scheduling Notice – Saturday’s workout will have a running component, so please dress accordingly! Rowers will be an option for those not willing/able to withstand the October Minnesota weather, but it’ll be much more fun if you run outside!

Also as a reminder, there will be no open house workout Saturday, if you have friends who were looking to try out Crossfit they can come to any of our scheduled classes and we’ll put them through a complementary baseline workout similar to what you did on day 1 of fundamentals.
