Singles up to roughly 70 % (keep it light, but mechanically flawless)

100 Pull-ups
25 Push-press (body weight)

Reminder: the push-press, while similar to the push jerk, has no second dip. The entire movement calls for a single dip and drive. A single extension of the knee, ankle, and hip is all that is allowed.
