Happy November everyone!  We have 2 CrossFitters at CFSP starting the Paleo diet for 30ish days today.  I know we’ve had some people have excellent results by removing certain foods from their diet and making a commitment to eating real, whole foods.  If you’re interested in modifying your diet check out for general info about what it’s all about.  It’s easy to implement, all you need to do is some planning ahead for the week.  Robb Wolf’s blog is another great resource for all things nutritional.  And for specific info regarding the 30 day Paleo challenge and what types of things to expect go to Melissa Urban’s excellent blog.
