Saturday 011511 – Deadlift Burpees


In pairs, for time:

150 Deadlifts (185/145)
150 Burpees w/lateral jump over bar

For this WOD, each person has a bar set up for deadlifts. One partner performs deadlifts while the other performs burpees where the jump for each rep is a lateral jump to the other side of the bar. Teams can break up the movements however they like, going until the pair has completed 150 total reps of each movement.
