Saturday 032010 – Deadlifts & Burpees

 Free workout is today at 10am for those interested in trying CrossFit!

5 Rounds for time of:
7 Deadlifts (275#/205#)
15 Double unders


The burpee-wallball challenge – Teams of two will play three two minute rounds of the challenge. One partner will do one wallball toss off the wall to the other partner and perform one burpee. Teams will repeat for as many reps as possible, with a rep counting only when the ball clears the ten foot target and doesn’t hit the ground. Rest two minutes between rounds.
