Track WODs with Chris Powers! Thanks for understanding – as Mike said in the comments, these certifications are good for CrossFit St. Paul in a number of different ways and we appreciate our athletes working with us on scheduling.
FYI: last time we went to the track for a WOD during a certification, we (the entire group in attendance) created one of the finest workouts in the history of CrossFit. Don’t believe me? Try four 400 M Sprints for time – alternating between running forwards and backwards – oh, and make sure you hit every step on every row of bleachers along the way.
