Saturday 080710 – Partner WOD

One of our first Fundamentals classes doing FGB at the Rec Center

In pairs, perform one minute of each exercise for max reps with no rest between exercises.  Rest one minute after each round, for 5 rounds of:

Box jump (24/20)
Power clean (115/75)
Wallball pass (20/14)

Partners should alternate reps for each movement, score is total reps. Post loads and scores to comments.
