Dessert of Champions:  Here’s a dessert idea that we’ve been using lately in the Jones household – 2 cups whole milk, 2-3 scoops chocolate whey protein, 1 frozen banana, 1-2 tbsp almond butter, blended together thoroughly.  Not paleo of course and protein powder has artificial ingredients usually, but it has a lot of good stuff in it (sub coconut milk or almond milk for a dairy-free option, sub cocoa powder to make it paleo and healthier).  The best time to have something like this is within an hour of doing a wod.  The Jones twins, Jack & Elena, will grow up thinking this is what a milkshake is, and Elena will be able to clean & jerk her big wheel by the time she’s 10, love it.
