Sunday 083009 – Rest Day

We’re starting new Fundamentals Classes this week! Fundamentals is our way of ramping up athletes for the regular Workout of the Day Classes. It meets 3 times per week for 6 classes, after which athletes are ready to enter our regular classes.

The afternoon class is full, but we still have availability in our morning class, which meets Tuesday/Thursday @ 7am and Saturday @ 8am, starting this week. Email us at to reserve a space.
