…AMRep 5 Minutes:


*Each partner will complete half of every barbell movement. Box jumps will also alternate every rep for a total of 20. During the double-unders only 1 partner may work at a time. Accumulate as many DU’s as possible in the 5 minutes right after your timed portion ends.
