30 Air Squats, 200 M Run, 400 M Run, 200 M Run

Partner 1 performs 30 air squats, partner 2 performs 30 air squats, partner 1 runs 200 M, partner 2 runs 200 M, partner 1 runs 400 M…and so on until completed. 1 person works at a time.

AMRAP 20 Minutes:

(+2) Weighted Pull-Ups (40/25)

(+10 M) OH Walking Lunge (45/25)

100 M Farmer Carry (53/35)
