Website is up and Running!

Welcome to our site! Our WOD blog is used to post our daily workouts, pictures of our athletes in action, and articles on fitness and nutrition that we think you’ll find informative.

We’re currently holding classes out of the Edgcumbe Rec Center and will be holding a 3x per week class schedule until we move into our permanent space. Our Workout of the Day (WOD) postings will reflect that schedule. Once we move into our permanent space we’ll hold a 7 day a week class schedule with daily WOD postings.
