Wednesday 091609 Workout of the Day – Strength
On Saturday, September 26th, The Athlete Lab, a fellow CrossFit Affiliate in Little Canada, is hosting the Fight Gone Bad IV fundraiser which raises money for Athletes For a Cure and the Wounded Warrior Project!
This is a great event for two great causes, and all three CFSP trainers will be participating in this event. If you’re interested in attending this event click here to go to the Athlete Lab’s event site.
Current CFSP athletes
can sign up online for the event and just show up.
Non-Current CFSP athletes
(those who haven’t done the CFSP Fundamentals Course) must attend a free training session to teach the proper technique for the moves in Fight Gone Bad. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for available times to conduct this training.
