GETTING STARTED

Step 1

The Introduction:

First, attend one of our Free Intro Workouts. These classes meet at all of our three locations and at various times. Click here to see the intro schedule and to register. Each class will include an introduction and short discussion about our methodology, a dynamic warm-up, a workout that can be completed by people of all fitness levels, and time to answer questions. After the workouts we will discuss whether our programming philosophy is a good fit for you and discuss membership options.

Step 2

Begin with On-Ramp Classes

On-Ramp classes meet for 12 sessions over a period of one month. Click here to see our On-Ramp schedule and to register. On-Ramp classes prepare attendees for long-term success with us by teaching our major movements and ramping up the intensity of each workout. In each class you’ll learn 1-3 new movements, have ample opportunity to practice those movements under a coach’s eye, and participate in a workout. On-Ramp classes can be adjusted to all fitness levels. Though the On-Ramp program is scheduled for four weeks, On-Ramp participants will attend as many classes as necessary before moving onto regular group classes.

Begin with Private On-Ramp

If our On-Ramp Classes don’t fit into your schedule and/or you desire extra attention while progressing at your own pace, Private On-Ramp classes are the best option you. When it comes to learning the complex Olympic lifts and more difficult gymnastics movements we utilize, the one-on-one format of the Private On-Ramp can’t be beat. Most people can learn the moves required for our group classes in 4-8 one-hour sessions, depending on your preexisting fitness and skill level, which we will agree upon during your introductory appointment.

Fees

Rates

All membership levels at CrossFit St Louis Park are month-to-month, and can be changed or cancelled via email any time before payment anniversary date.

First Month

Traditional On-Ramp (12 classes during the first month of training) – $245

Private On-Ramp (4 private sessions plus the remainder of the month unlimited classes)
1 on 1 Private On-Ramp – $315
2 on 1 Private On-Ramp – $275
3 on 1 Private On-Ramp – $255

Ongoing Monthly Class Rates

2 visits per week – $135 per month
3 visits per week – $165 per month
4 visits per week – $185 per month
Unlimited visits – $205 per month

Private Training

$65-85 per hour – reduced rates available for small groups of 2-4 people

Drop-in fee for visiting CrossFitters

$15 or $25 with a t-shirt – Visitors must be current members at a CrossFit affiliate and should contact us via email beforehand stating their experience with CrossFit, which affiliate they train with, and which classes they intend to attend.

Discounts

Military/LEO/Students (with valid ID) – 10%

2nd member of a household – 25%
