Due to low attendance we will be suspending Mobility Class on Thursday’s at CrossFit St. Paul for the time being; tonight’s session (Thursday, August 3rd) will be the last session for awhile.

Mobility Pieces:

Coach Stretch (accumulate three minutes)

Suprapatellar Smashing (w/ kettlebell)

Adductor Smashing (w/ kettlebell)

Cossack Squats (accumulate twenty total repetitions)

Banded Lat Stretch

Static Hang from Pull Up Bar ( accumulate two minutes)
