CROSSFIT CLASS

This is our core class offering, open to all members once they have completed our On-Ramp classes. Each hour-long class is a structured event that includes a dynamic warm-up, movement prep and review of complex movements, and workout of the day (WOD). All skill levels are welcome in this class and all skill levels will be challenged. Members who have completed On-Ramp can attend any CrossFit Class at any time, no registration required.
