There’s no better way to develop your mechanics than to regularly attend our Oly class. Dedicated solely to improving the snatch and the clean and jerk, Oly classes are hour-long sessions designed to isolate common movement faults and then train them away. Oly class participants receive constant feedback from professional coaches who really understand the sport’s many nuances. This class is open to all levels regardless of experience.
