ON-RAMP

ON-RAMP

On-Ramp classes meet for 12 sessions over a period of one month. In each class you’ll learn 1-3 new movements, have ample opportunity to practice those movements under a coach’s eye, and participate in a workout. On-Ramp classes can be adjusted to all fitness levels. Though the On-Ramp program is scheduled for four weeks, On-Ramp participants will attend as many classes as necessary before moving onto regular group classes.
