This is going to be a very difficult sequence, especially with front squat. Increase loading with each set.
Bench Press:
10 – 8 – 6 – 4 – 2
Bent Over Dumbbell Flys:
12 – 12 – 12
Ring Rows:
10 – 10 – 10 – 10
GHD Sit-Ups:
3 X 15
