Hang Power Cleans (pause at knee):
5 – 5 – 5 – 5 – 5
These should be difficult sets to hang onto – pause at the knee – keep tension in the back.
Z-Press:
10 – 10 – 10 – 10
This is a difficult lift and even moreso when you have to do it for ten reps. A Z-press is a press when you are seated on the ground, legs out in front of you. Keep your core stable and vertical throughout the movement.
Bent Over Rows:
8 – 6 – 4 – 4 – 4
Planks:
3 X 60 seconds
3 X 10 seconds
For the 10 second planks, squeeze your abs as hard as you possibly can. This is about building stability; the longer are about building endurance.
