  • My wife and I have been loving the CrossFit Minneapolis morning classes! It took a little while for our bodies to get used to the increase in workout intensity. In less than three months I can see more muscle definition. Our WOD times are getting better and we are starting to lift heavier and heavier weight.The trainers have all been great, they are always willing to help if one of us needs help scaling a workout.

  • What I love about Union is that all three gyms come together as one huge family. I love that there is a variety of coaches that all have their own flavor, but you get the same high quality coaching each time. I never leave feeling defeated or bad about my WOD, it's actually the exact opposite of that, no matter what my time was or whether or not I Rx - that experience keeps me wanting to come back and excited for more. Everyone is always smiling and friendly and embrace newcomers instantly. That is a huge reflection of the coaches and Union culture.
