Running Clock for 70 Minutes:

Minute 0-15: Establish a 3RM touch-and-go snatch (full)

Minute 15-30: 3 RFT: 20 Thrusters (95/63), 20 Pull-Ups (rest 2 minutes between rounds)

Minute 30-60: Accumulate 2000M of Rowing, 1600M of Running and 100 Wall Balls (break this up any way you wish)

Minute 60-70: Work Up to 1 RM Push Press
