EMOM twenty minutes: 

1 Legless Rope Climb

Consider today’s legless rope climbs both a little bit of practice and a little bit of training (mostly due to the volume). Work on truly getting better at the legless rope climb; or rope climb if you’re modifying.

Six rounds for time:

12 Kettlebell Snatches (AHAP)

12 Toes to Bar

24 Double Unders

The kettlebell snatches are to be performed by doing six repetitions on one side and then six repetitions on the other side; choose a loading that allows for twelve repetitions without setting down the bell. Additionally, the bell must be moved down the length of the run throughout the course of the workout (think flow of a competition).

EMOM ten minutes:

0:15 Hollow Hold

10 Tuck Ups

This should be pretty darn challenging; stick to the EMOM format. If you can’t maintain the EMOM simply drop the number of tuck ups to allow you to stay on the clock.

Forearm Smashing

We’ve hit a lot of pulling and hanging today; be sure to spend some time smashing out the forearms with the kettlebell.
