Against a forty-six minute clock, to be performed with a partner…

AMReps twelve minutes (w/ a partner):

Three Rounds:

400m Run (both athletes)

15 Squat Snatches (135/93) (split in any manner)

…then…

Max Synchronized Bar Facing Burpees

The above format is three rounds of running and snatches. If three rounds is completed in under twelve minutes (which is intended to be a challenge) then partners will start accruing synchronized bar facing burpees. Tip: Choose a loading that can be cycled quickly.

…rest five minutes…

AMRAP twelve minutes (w/ a partner):

30 Double Unders

10 Burpees

3 Bar Muscle Ups (substitute five to ten kipping pull ups)

One partner completes one full round, then the next partner goes. Additionally, the “non-working” athlete must be hanging from the pull up bar while the other athlete is working. Scale the above to a point where one full round takes sixty seconds or less.

AMRAP twelve minutes (w/ a partner):

(+3) Hang Squat Cleans (135/93)

(+3) Hand Stand Push Ups (scale to +2 HSPU or hand-release push ups w/ partner in plank)

Both movements may be split in any manner between partners. However, during the handstand push ups the “non-working” athlete must hold the top of a handstand against the wall.
