Partner Workout Saturday’s – 06022018

I had a complete partner Monster Mash Saturday all written up… and then I scrapped it. Below will be better. So much better…

Four working sets:

Bench Press: 5 – 5 – 5 – 5

…superset with…

Strict Weighted Pull Ups: 5 – 5 – 5 – 5

AMRAP twenty minutes (w/ a partner):

(+1) Bear Complex (135/93)

200m Run or 10 Synchronized Bar Facing Burpees

The format of the above workout is as follows: athlete one will perform one bear complex, then athlete two will perform one bear complex; follow this format throughout the workout. Then both athletes will either run together or perform burpees together; feel free to mix it up as you make it through the twenty minutes.

For time:

150 V – Ups

Share the volume with a partner; do it as quickly and as cleanly as possible. Scale with tuck ups as necessary.
