Push Press: Heavy Triple

Quickly work to a heavy triple in the push press; only rebound if you can maintain quality positions.

For time (with a partner):

100 Calories on the Rower/100 Calories on the Assault Bike/1000m Run

30 Power Cleans (225/163)

100 Calories on the Rower/100 Calories on the Assault Bike/1000m Run

30 Bar Muscle Ups (partner hangs from the bar)

100 Calories on the Rower/100 Calories on the Assault Bike/1000m Run

30 Synchronized Bar Facing Burpees

All repetitions throughout the course of the workout may be partitioned between partners in any manner. The monostructural movements i.e. row, bike, run can be done in any order due to class logistics. If possible, partner up with someone of the same sex. Ladies perform eighty calories on the rower and the assault bike.

Double Lacrosse Ball Snow Angel

Mandatory five minutes spent between the shoulder blades to close out the session.
