3 TnG Power Clean and Jerks (AHAP)

Choose something moderately heavy that allows for a decent training stimulus. The above isn’t intended to be crushing; it’s intended to be some moderate barbell cycling work.

400m Run

21 Thrusters (75/53)

12 Bar Facing Burpees

Think Helen; that’s the intent (and similar movements) for the above workout. Run fast and move quickly.

Banded Glute Ham Raises: 4 x 10

We’ve done these in the past before; set up a band on the pull up bar as though you were going to do band assisted┬ápull ups.
