12 Bar Facing Burpees
Think Helen; that’s the intent (and similar movements) for the above workout. Run fast and move quickly.
Banded Glute Ham Raises: 4 x 10
We’ve done these in the past before; set up a band on the pull up bar as though you were going to do band assisted pull ups.
