Pause Overhead Squats: 3 – 3 – 3 – 3 – 3
Today’s overhead squats will be performed with a three second hold in the absolute bottom of the squat. This should drastically reduce the loading that athletes are capable of lifting. Focus on maintain tension throughout the course of the entire repetition.
