Murph is this coming Monday with the first heat beginning at 900am. The briefing will begin at 845am, and the gym will be open around 800am should you need to show up early and warm-up. Please take a look and sign up for an open heat in advance. We will be providing burgers, brats, and drinks for post-workout fun. Please feel free to bring a side dish to share with the crew!
