Max ring dips x 3, then:

8 intervals of 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest for each exercise, followed by a minute rest between exercises. Score is the lowest score obtained in a round for each exercise, added up for a workout total:

Pullups
Squats

A recent Tufts University Study of calorie content of fast food & frozen packaged food found that fast food items were on average 18% higher in calories than listed on the menu, and frozen food items were 8% higher.
