After what I would consider a relatively rough week, I wanted to program an active rest day. By no means is working up to a heavy single on the snatch and rowing a hard 2K an easy task, but I think we can agree that this combination of movements will be slightly less taxing, physically speaking, than other workouts often are. Please take the rehab portion of class seriously as many athletes have been noting how sore their shoulders and abs have been.
