Friday 042310 – Snatch Complex

Scheduling Note – Due to the CrossFit Level I Certification we’re hosting this weekend we won’t have any classes at the gym on Saturday or Sunday.  We will be holding a 5K WOD on Saturday @ 8am, however, so please plan your training week accordingly.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

6 Sets of 6 Reps of the following complex:
Power Snatch
Overhead Squat
Snatch Push-Press
Snatch Balance

This complex is done “Bear” style where each rep must be touch and go on the ground with no resting on the ground. Rest as needed between sets, with the goal of hitting max weight in set 4 or 5.
