Warm-up:

500 M Row
20 Donkey Kicks
20 Sit-ups

Bench Press:

3-3-3

For time:

5 x Bear Complex (115/73)

Bear Complex: 7 x Power Clean, Front Squat, Push-press, Back Squat, Push-press. In this workout, the weight will not change, you will keep whatever weight you started with on the bar throughout the WOD. As with the regular Bear Complex, however, you are only aloud to rest between cycles i.e. between the second push-press of the seventh cycle and the power clean which would kick off the next. I’m confused, even as I write this, but don’t worry, our great coaches know what they’re doing.
