Yeah, it’s meant to be heavy – but scaling is expected. One of the things to keep in mind is that this is meant to be heavier than the weight that you usually use. Whether you are going for the Rx, or scaling drastically, the workout is designed for weights greater than that of most WODs. If you’re comfortable at 73 lbs. and max out at 103 lbs. then consider using 93 lbs. If you’re comfortable at 185 lbs. and max out at 225 lbs. consider 205 lbs., or 215 lbs. See what I’m getting at? It’s less about the weight you lift, and more about the weight you lift relative to your ability.
