Clean and Jerk:

1-1-1-1-1-1-1-1

With a continuously running clock, do 1 clean and jerk the first minute, 2 the second, 3 the third and so on and so forth for as long as possible. Athletes are finished when they are no longer able to complete the prescribed number of repetitions in the allotted minute.

Men’s Rx = 115 lbs.
Women’s Rx = 83 lbs.
