Jerk 1-1-1-1-1, then:

As many rounds as possible in 12 minutes of:
3 Handstand pushups
5 Squat thrusts
7 Pullups

So for one last time….driving home the nail in this mainstream myth… eating more meals does NOT increase your metabolism (when calories and macronutrients are the same in lesser # of meals). Anyone who has had success using Intermittent Fasting will tell you this as well.
