Congratulations to Melanie, Stephanie, Mary, and Jason, for successfully completing the CrossFit Level I Certification this weekend that we hosted at the box! We had a great weekend learning from the best trainers in the business, and picked up many new coaching tools and training ideas that we’re excited to use. Melanie, who’s the most experienced CrossFitter out of all the CFSP coaching staff, will begin coaching classes immediately as an assistant coach during afternoon classes, and Stephanie will be leading our CrossFit Kids program. Mary and Jason are full-time trainers at other gyms and will also be helping out with coaching from time to time as well, great job guys!

5 Rounds for time of:
20 Pullups
30 Pushups
40 Situps
50 Squats

Rest 3 minutes between rounds.

There will be a 40 minute time limit for this workout.
