In teams of three, two athletes at one end of the room, one at the other. Starting with athlete one in the line of two, farmer carry two KBells (77#/53) over to the single team member on the other side of the room. Drop of the KBells. The lone athlete picks up the Kbells and does the same back across the room. Each time the Kbells cross the room the two team members that didn’t do the carrying must complet 5 Push-ups. Kettlebells must cross the room a total of 75 times.
