Saturday 071010 – Partner WOD

In pairs:

4x400m runs, one partner runs a 400 while the other performs tabata squats (20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest), continuing until both partners have completed 4 400m runs.  The partner doing squats must finish the interval she’s on if her partner returns from the run mid-interval.  Score is the lowest number of squats done for the pair in any interval.
