Member scenario:

You’re out to lunch with some friends, looking strong as hell, sporting your “Embrace The Suck” T-shirt, when a guy from the table across the room approaches you and asks, ever so politely: “Pardon me, ______ (Insert: madam or sir) what’s CrossFit?” Now, you’re with friends, and he’s got to be back to his dinner party in a few short moments – you’ve got to keep it succinct. In a maximum of three sentences, tell us your answer.
