Saturday 102409 – Murph

Run

1 Mile Run
100 Pullups
200 Pushups
300 Squats
1 Mile Run

For time. Partition the pull-ups, push-ups, and squats as needed. Start and finish with a mile run. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.

Most athletes will do 1/2 Murph, which is 1 mile, 50 pullups, 100 pushups, 150 squats.
