Saturday 112809 – Partner Workout

In pairs,

Partner A does KB Swings while Partner B does 1 Pullup & 1 length of gym sprint, then partner B does KB Swings while Partner A does 1 pullup & 1 length of gym sprint.  This is 1 round.

Add 1 pullup & 1 length of gym sprint for each round.

Complete as many rounds as you can in 15 minutes.
