In teams of three, complete the Filthy Fifty (see below for details). Each team member must complete fifty reps at each of the ten stations in order.  No team member can progress onto the next movement unless his or her other two teammates have also finished their fifty reps. You can break the reps up any way you like; that includes alternating between active team members. However, only one team member can be working at a time – so there should only be one piece of equipment needed at each station as only one athlete will be working.
