In teams of two, complete the following for time:

100 Squats (135/93)
100 Ring Pull-ups
100 Ring Push-ups
100 Deadlift (135/93)
Row 2K

For the ring push-ups, just place feet on a box so that the rings don’t have to be lowered to the floor. Full range of motion is expected.
