Warm-up:
Running drills
Skin the cats

Power snatch 2-2-2-2-2-2-2-2

50 Reps for time of:
Power snatch (95/65)
Overhead squat (95/65)

The two movements must be separated, meaning you do a power snatch to a full standing position, then do an overhead squat for each rep. A squat snatch doesn’t count as a rep. Post loads and times to comments.
