Death By Thrusters:

With a continuously running clock, do one thruster the first minute, two the second, three the third and so on and so forth until you are unable to complete the prescribed number of reps in the a minute. The prescribed weights for this workout are 95 lbs. for men, and 63 lbs. for women.
